The one live instruction on the site
The league's update ends with a request rather than an address: please keep contacting us if you find us. Its contact page carries no entries, and no officer, email or telephone number is published anywhere.
So a league that has explicitly asked to be contacted has left no way to do it — which may be why nobody has. That single gap is the difference between a dormant league and a dead one. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps its contacts on a page it owns, so an organisation waiting to restart is reachable by the men who would restart it.
