Routed through an inquiry
The league keeps About Us and Join Us sections and directs prospective players to submit an inquiry through the second. No email address, phone number or officer renders on the readable page.
For a league of twenty teams, routing everything through one form keeps twenty managers from fielding the same question.
A claimed league on High Cheese has a contact beside the form, so somebody can ask before committing.
