Named for businesses and area codes
The final season carried the Hawks, FBR, Uitto, the Grays, the 419ers and Perry. The championship record adds Clouse, the Glass City Expos and the Goon Squad. FBR is Fremont Batting Range, Glass City is Toledo, and the 419ers take their name from the area code that covers this whole corner of Ohio.
Clouse won three championships in four years between 2016 and 2018 and lost two more finals — the strongest club in the league's last decade, named after whoever paid for the shirts. No roster of players is published. Rosters on High Cheese update as men sign and follow a player between clubs and seasons, so a run like that leaves the names of the men who made it.
