The last table, and the shape of the decline
The 2021 standings read: Hawks 7-0, FBR 7-2, Uitto 5-4, Grays 5-5, 419ers 3-7, Perry 0-9. Six clubs, with a published tiebreaker order of percentage, then runs against, then runs for.
The season selector tells the longer story: 2015 ran as separate East and West divisions, 2016 and 2017 as a single NWOMBA, and then plain years through to 2021. A league that needed two divisions in 2015 was down to six teams by 2021 and gone by 2022. Standings on High Cheese come out of the games themselves and sit on a page the league owns, so a decline is visible while there is still time to do something about it.
