Three columns, and the third one is runs against
The regular season table reads: Toledo Ortho 14-2 with 59 runs against, Harry Young 11-5 with 118, Gorilla's 10-6 with 84, OutlawRats 7-9 with 133, Blacksox 6-10 with 127, Thunder 0-16 with 187.
Publishing runs against and not runs for is an unusual choice and a revealing one — in a 43-and-over league, run prevention is the thing that separates clubs, and the table proves it: the champion conceded a third of what the bottom side did. Standings on High Cheese come out of the games themselves as scores are entered, so a table this focused stays current through the season rather than arriving after it.
