Check it weekly, and practices are for everybody
The league publishes a calendar month by month from April, headed for the stadium and the county recreation body it shares it with, with two instructions attached: check the schedule weekly for possible changes, and scheduled practices are open to all league members.
Opening every practice to all ninety-five men, rather than to a club's own roster, is what a masters league does when the point is getting on the field. Telling people to check weekly is an honest admission that a shared county stadium reschedules. A High Cheese calendar carries the season and pushes a change to every player's phone, so nobody has to check anything weekly.
