One line, one address
The league's whole recruitment pitch is a sentence: if you are 43 or older and interested in joining, email the commissioner. Ninety-five members are already in, and each club may carry three players aged 43 to 44.
Capping the youngest bracket at three per roster is a smart rule for a masters league — it lets a man just over the line in without letting one club stack the youngest arms. No fee, deadline, tryout or free agent route is published. A High Cheese free agent pool runs on the league's own page all season, so a 44-year-old in Toledo can see which of six clubs has room rather than emailing and waiting.
