The league runs a New Player Form under a Communication heading, alongside Contact Us.
What makes it usable is everything published beside it: 18 and over, mid-April to early August, playoffs best-of-three from mid-August, championship over Labor Day weekend, ten clubs. A prospective player can work out his own commitment before he opens the form.
The fee is not published on the readable page.
High Cheese gives a league a join page with the price on it and a free agent pool so an unattached player is placed rather than filed.
