Filed as boxscores, not just results
The league titles its results page Boxscores and files by division and club: Foxes 6 Brauers 2 and Eagles 8 Mets 6 on the same June day, and a Brauers 27 Mets 1 nine days earlier.
Calling the page boxscores rather than scores suggests somebody intended more than a final, and the 27-1 explains why the Mets finished the recorded season with 39 runs against in three games. On High Cheese a final entered once becomes the box score, the standings line and the season record together, so the page named for boxscores has boxscores in it.
