Seven clubs, one of them named in German
The league fields the Foxes, Wolverines, Brauers, Eagles, Cubs, Bluejays and Mets. Brauers is the German for brewers, which in northeast Wisconsin needs no explanation.
Six of the seven take their names from major league or state franchises; the seventh takes its from the people who settled the county. No roster or player is published for any of them. Rosters on High Cheese update as men sign and follow a player between clubs and seasons, so seven clubs are seven pages rather than seven rows in a table nobody can reach.
