Given equal billing with the rules
The league publishes its Code of Conduct as a standing navigation item alongside its General Rules, and links the full document — covering gameplay, behavior on and off the field, and consequences for offenders — from the rules page.
Giving the code its own place in the menu, rather than folding it into a rulebook, is a statement about what this league thinks breaks first. It is also the document the board explicitly says exists to protect umpires. High Cheese keeps a league's documents beside the schedule and against the rosters, so a consequence written in the code is applied to a specific game and a specific man.
