Two of the most common words in baseball
Independent League. That is the whole entry -- no state, no city, no address, no website, no social page.
It is also, as a name, almost impossible to find. Independent league in baseball usually means professional baseball outside the affiliated minor league structure, and any search for the phrase returns that instead. A competition calling itself this has chosen a name that its own audience will never successfully look for.
Independent is a good word for what a league is. It is a terrible word for what a league is called.
A High Cheese league page fixes the findability problem without touching the name: a permanent address stating where the league plays, who it takes and when, with the schedule, the standings and every roster rendered as pages -- so a search that includes a place name finds it, which is how anybody was ever going to.
