Six, with a recruiter among them
The board is published in full: John Dearth as President and Secretary, Chris Kania as Vice-President, Tom Hayes, Robert Newton and Jeff Schmidt as Members-at-Large, and Tim Berry with the title Player Recruitment. Each has an address on the league's own domain rather than a personal one, and two publish telephone numbers.
Creating a board seat purely for recruitment is the clearest signal in this directory that a league understands its real constraint is bodies, not baseball. High Cheese runs a free agent pool that does that job continuously on the league's own page, so the man holding the recruitment seat is working a list that fills itself.
