How to join the Polk County Phillies
Players do not sign up with Polk County Phillies directly. They register with the Central Florida Amateur Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Polk County Phillies are one club of 51 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
A manager who has to collect from eighteen men before the league will take his entry is doing debt collection in March; a league that lets each player pay his own share takes that off him entirely.
Somebody who wants the Polk County Phillies specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
