The ties are the only rule you can read
Alamo MSBL publishes no ground rules, no roster restrictions and no pitching limits. What the standings show is that games here can end tied, which does not happen without an agreed time limit, so at least one local rule exists and is understood by everybody in the league.
That is how most of it is carried: in the heads of the people who have been here longest. High Cheese keeps a league's own rules beside its schedule, where a manager in his first season can read them instead of discovering them in the seventh inning.
