Twenty teams, and no visible crew
The league names no umpires and gives no route to becoming one. Twenty teams across two divisions playing at five venues need umpires every weekend of the season, and whoever is arranging that is doing it privately.
Games here end in ties, which means these crews are working to a clock and making the call that ends the day. High Cheese assigns umpires off the same schedule the clubs already read, with availability and confirmations in one place instead of a contact list and a Saturday morning.
