How to join the Phantoms
Players do not sign up with Phantoms directly. They register with the Woodland-Davis MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
Everything public about the Phantoms is the Woodland-Davis MSBL's.
Cost per player is $355 for 2026 -- up from $365 the previous year, which is unusual in going down.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to California, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
