Who runs the Phantoms
The Woodland-Davis MSBL publishes no officers for Phantoms. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Phantoms are one club of 7 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Publishing minutes is rare in this directory and it is the clearest sign of a league run by its members rather than for them -- every decision about fees, deadlines and roster minimums is recorded where the people paying can read it.
The person who knows everything about the Phantoms will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
