The paperwork behind the A's
The paperwork A's deal with belongs to the Woodland-Davis MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the A's is the Woodland-Davis MSBL's.
The league keeps a Rules & Waivers section and publishes a 2026 paper waiver separately, marked for anyone not completing it through the online payment process.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the A's would keep it.
