The roster rules are the published ones
The league keeps a Rules & Waivers section, and the rules it puts on its front page are all about roster construction: at least fourteen paid players per team, payments due on opening day, and no additions after 31 July.
Nothing about bats, ages, game length or pitching restrictions appears there.
For an eight-team league playing fourteen games in thirteen weeks, roster integrity is the rule that decides whether a season completes.
A rulebook belongs beside the fixture it governs. A High Cheese league page keeps the current version at the league's own address next to the schedule.
