Forms, separately from rules
The league keeps Player Forms under its Rules heading, alongside the WVMBL Rules themselves, so the paperwork a player signs sits with the rules it commits him to.
It also runs a platform login for members.
No waiver, constitution or bylaws is readable from the front page.
Documents belong beside the season they govern. A High Cheese league page collects the forms at registration and keeps the rules attached to the year in play, at an address the league owns.
