The paperwork behind the Pirates
The paperwork Pirates deal with belongs to the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Pirates play out of Livermore, CA.
The league links its by-laws and its league rules from the footer of every page, alongside its FAQ and its national affiliation.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Pirates would keep it.
