The paperwork behind the Expos
The paperwork Expos deal with belongs to the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Expos is the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League's.
The league links its by-laws and its league rules from the footer of every page, alongside its FAQ and its national affiliation.
Whatever the Expos ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
