Three years, in file names
The oldest thing on the league's site is a 2023 45+ All-Star Game information sheet, still linked from the front page. Behind it sit a 2025 schedule reference and the 2026 material.
No founding year, champion or former club is published.
Seasons kept on a High Cheese league page accumulate at the league's own address with the standings, rosters and champion attached, so a league that is visibly growing has a record of having grown.
