Eleven in the morning at Round Table
The league publishes its managers' meetings with a date, a time and a street address: eleven in the morning on a Saturday at a pizza restaurant on Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver.
Publishing the actual venue of a managers' meeting is rare, and it makes the meeting attendable by anyone thinking of bringing a team.
Tryouts are planned for March, ahead of the new player draft, and the front page carries a stamped update date so a visitor can tell how current it is.
A season entered once on a High Cheese league page dates itself into every player's calendar -- the tryout, the draft, the managers' meeting and opening day -- which is what an update stamp is standing in for.
