Help, and a restaurant
The league points people to a Help section for questions about accounts and registration, and publishes the address of its managers' meeting, which is the one place a person can turn up and speak to somebody.
No officer, email address or telephone number appears on the open pages.
For a league whose registration instructions are this careful, the absence of a person to ask is what makes them necessary.
A High Cheese league page routes a message to whichever role should answer it, with the registration, the roster and the schedule behind the same address.
