The paperwork behind the Tarheels
The paperwork Tarheels deal with belongs to the SoCal Amateur Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Tarheels scored 8.8 runs a game while allowing 3.3 across fifteen games.
The league waiver that lets an experienced player drop a level is the one document specific to how this league works, and the league holds it.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
