The paperwork behind the Nationals
The paperwork Nationals deal with belongs to the MSBL of Southern California: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Nationals play out of Irvine, CA.
Somewhere behind those errors is the answer to a question a player in Los Angeles or Orange County would reasonably want settled before he registers.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
