How to join the Marlins
Players do not sign up with Marlins directly. They register with the MSBL of Southern California, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Marlins are one club of 18 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Somewhere behind those errors is the answer to a question a player in Los Angeles or Orange County would reasonably want settled before he registers.
Somebody who wants the Marlins specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
