The rules the California Angels play under
Which the Shasta Baseball League rules would govern the California Angels depends on a division the club is not currently in.
It publishes a player consent form alongside it.
A rule book read once in April is a rule book nobody opens twice, and High Cheese keeps it beside the schedule.
