How to join the California Angels
There is no way to join the California Angels through the Shasta Baseball League while the league is not fielding the club.
Players register with the league and are placed, so a club outside the current season is not among the destinations.
A side rebuilding needs somebody to be able to find it, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes a signup straight to a club.
