April to October, by its own posts
The league's announcements date its year: the season is declared underway in late April, and the previous season's awards are posted in October. The fixtures visible run through August with playoffs after.
No opening day, closing date or registration deadline is published as such.
A season entered once on a High Cheese league page dates itself into every player's own calendar, so a nineteen-year-old joining in March knows when he starts without waiting for a post.
