The paperwork behind the Stingrays
The paperwork Stingrays deal with belongs to the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Stingrays publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Handling registration as an account rather than a printed form is what makes the draft, the free agent list and the wait list workable across three divisions.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Stingrays would keep it.
