The paperwork behind the Rams
The paperwork Rams deal with belongs to the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Rams publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Handling registration as an account rather than a printed form is what makes the draft, the free agent list and the wait list workable across three divisions.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
