The paperwork behind the Black Sox
The paperwork Black Sox deal with belongs to the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Black Sox publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
No rulebook, waiver or constitution is published in the front page text.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Black Sox would keep it.
