The paperwork behind the Heat
The paperwork Heat deal with belongs to the North County MABL/MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Heat play out of San Diego, CA.
Every one of those is a process rather than a PDF, which is how an organisation running six divisions and two seasons a year keeps itself straight.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
