The paperwork behind the Blues
The paperwork Blues deal with belongs to the North County MABL/MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Blues play out of San Diego, CA.
Documents and forms belong beside the season they serve.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
