The rules the Upstate Rangers play under
The Upstate Rangers play under the Rochester Baseball League rule book for the AA division.
The Upstate Rangers finished 1-14 in the AA division of the Rochester Baseball League.
Rules run by division, and the division a club is placed in is what decides them.
The AA rule set is the one that governed all 15 of these games, and High Cheese keeps it where a player checking one thing mid-season will actually find it.
