How to join the Upstate Rangers
Players do not sign up with Upstate Rangers directly. They register with the Rochester Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Upstate Rangers scored 74 runs across the season and allowed 194.
The league publishes its draft round by round, so a player can see exactly how the last one went before entering the next.
Somebody who wants the Upstate Rangers specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
