The rules the Rays play under
The Rays play under the Rochester Baseball League rule book.
The Rays finished second of eight on winning percentage.
Rules run by division, and the division a club is placed in is what decides them.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
