How to join the Rays
Players do not sign up with Rays directly. They register with the Rochester Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
A .667 winning percentage is what twelve games produced for the Rays.
New players go through the free agent form and are drafted, which is a genuinely different arrangement from the open signup most leagues in this directory run.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Rochester, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
