Playing under 18+ eligibility
Long Island Cardinals play under Long Island MSBL/MABL rules rather than any code of their own. The 18+ bracket is an age floor, and it is the rule that decides which clubs this side actually plays.
Bat rules, roster limits and pitching restrictions are the league's to set and are published as handouts.
An eligibility rule that decides who Long Island Cardinals can field belongs beside the roster, which is where High Cheese puts it.
