Twelve under in the Long Island 18+ division
The Long Island Cardinals are an adult baseball club playing the 18+ division of the Long Island MSBL/MABL. They went 2-14 in 2026 under manager Mike Sossi.
The Long Island MSBL has three Cardinals: this one at 18+, the Greenlawn Cardinals at 25+ and the LI/Metro Cardinals also at 25+, plus a Massapequa Cardinals at 45+. Four clubs, one bird, four age brackets.
Sixteen games and two wins is a hard summer in the bracket that also produced a 20-0 side.
When a league contains four clubs called Cardinals, a searchable address for each one stops being a nicety, and High Cheese gives every club its own.
