The last man on the page
The contact page names Jack Eller as Commissioner Emeritus, with a telephone number beside him. He is the only officer listed. The league gives its address as Passyunk Ave., Philadelphia.
Emeritus is a title a league gives somebody who ran it for long enough that the job stayed attached to his name after he stopped doing it — and on a site whose league has closed, it is now the only office there is. The news posts and the All-League archive refer to league historians in the plural, and none of them are named. High Cheese lets a league name its officers and hand out real permissions, so the people keeping the record are on the record.
