Still answering, for other people's leagues
The league publishes an address on Passyunk Ave. in Philadelphia and names one man, its Commissioner Emeritus, with a telephone number. Its closing notice adds an email route for anybody looking for baseball elsewhere in the region.
So the contact details that survive are not for joining this league but for being pointed at another one, which is a job somebody is still doing for nothing. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps its contacts on a page it owns, and a regional free agent pool answers the referral question without anybody having to read the mail.
