Named, and one of them writes everything
Joe Vallely is league president and also the byline on nearly every news item the site carries. Greg Stokes appears as vice president and Vinnie Eiden as the 18/45 commissioner. The league lists a Board of Directors and publishes an address for it.
A president who is also the newsroom is how a volunteer league of this size actually functions, and it is the reason the site went quiet on its old platform before the move. High Cheese hands those roles real permissions on the league's own page, so a commissioner who runs two divisions can publish a result without going through the man who writes the articles.
