Carried in the fixture, not in a table
The league prints each club's record beside its name in the game listings: Bombers 1-1 against Stallions 1-1, Warriors 1-1 against Knights 2-1, in game week four. The site keeps a Standings block on its front page and a Leaders block beside it, and neither renders anything.
Four clubs separated by a single game after a month is the whole argument for a league this size, and it survives only as a bracket in a headline. Standings on High Cheese come out of the games themselves and sit in plain text on the league's own page, so the block already built for a table has one in it.
