Three of five, and a pinned post for the rest
Who can play: 18 and over, wood bat, at any experience level from former professional to a decade out of the game, with playing time guaranteed. Where: Frederick Douglass and Dunbar high schools in Lexington. When games are: Sunday afternoons at 2:00 and 5:00, Wednesdays at 7:00.
What the season costs, when it starts and finishes, and how a man actually gets in are not on the site — there are no registration forms, and a pinned post asks visitors to read it before asking. A claimed league on High Cheese answers all five on the same page as the schedule and the standings, which is where somebody who has just decided he might still be able to play is already looking.
