Five kinds of player, one promise
Lexington Adult Baseball calls itself Lexington's only 18-and-over wood bat adult league, established in 2010, and it does something almost nobody else in this directory attempts: it lists exactly who is in it. Former minor league players. Former Atlantic and Frontier league men. Former and current college and club players. Former high school players who have not played in ten years or more. And men who played travel ball without finishing four years of high school baseball. Then it makes one promise to all of them — no matter your experience, we offer guaranteed playing time for everyone.
Setting a man who pitched in the Frontier League beside a man who has not held a bat since 2014 and telling both they will play is the hardest thing an adult league does. High Cheese gives a league one address with the schedule, the table and every roster on it, so a promise that specific is visible to the next man deciding whether he is good enough to turn up.
