Opening Day (Again)
The league posts by game week — Game Week 2, Game Week 4, a Week 2 schedule — and pins a piece headed For Questions and Answers, telling visitors to read it first. Two of its headlines carry the same word in brackets: Game 1 – Opening Day (Again), and Game 2 – 5pm (Again!).
Anybody who has run a spring league in Kentucky knows exactly what those brackets mean. Rewriting the opening day post because the weather took the first one is the most relatable thing on this site. A league on High Cheese gets a wire where a postponed fixture moves with its identity intact and the new date posts itself, so opening day only has to be announced once.
